The good things in this movie: Henry Cavill somehow gives a good performance with material as bad as this, proving my argument that he is a legitimately good actor. The very very bad things in this movie: The directing The writing The cinematography The editing The production design (this movie looks CHEAP) But especially, the performance by Brendan Fletcher. The director for some reason let him dial it up all the way to 100 playing someone with a mental disability thinking that its a good performance, but it comes across as laughable and borderline offensive. It’s like if Simple Jack from Tropic Thunder was a real movie. Its horrendous, and caused many audience members to snicker. Verdict: this movie is pretty terrible and hopefully David Raymond can improve on his next feature because he seemed like a nice guy when he introduced the film.
